All Hawkos orders are packed and dispatched from Australia.

Australia

Standard Shipping

Metro areas: Approximately 3–7 business days
Regional and remote areas: Approximately 5–10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Free standard shipping may be available when your order meets the current qualifying spend shown at checkout.

Express Shipping

Metro areas: Approximately 1–3 business days
Regional and remote areas: Approximately 2–5 business days

Express shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout where available.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your parcel has been collected by the carrier.

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order, as we may be unable to make changes once your parcel has been dispatched.

New Zealand

Available shipping services and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Standard International Shipping: Approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch

Express International Shipping: Approximately 3–6 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or import charges. Where these charges have not been collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
