If something isn't right — we'll fix it.
Eligible for Return
✔ Damaged or faulty product
✔ Incorrect item received
✔ Item not as described
✔ Change of mind (unopened & unused within 30 days)
Not Eligible
✘ Opened or used liquids (for safety reasons)
✘ Product used incorrectly or against directions
🕒 30 DAY RETURNS WINDOW
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email support@hawkos.com.au
- Include your order number
- Provide photos (if damaged or faulty)
We respond within 1–2 business days.
For faulty or incorrect items, we'll cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
💳 REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to appear (depending on your bank).
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
